Land owners and developers
This website is administered by Oxford City Council and funded with local land owners as part of a partnership programme to establish and drive forward this ambitious vision. It is rare to have such core, institutional landowners, with the long-term stewardship of the city in mind.
We recognise that the West End can be much more than the sum of its parts. We have raised significant local revenue to progress the vision, a spatial framework, Oxford Station Masterplan, a strategic business case for investment, and staff resources to coordinate the West End programmes. From this foundation, other sites are likely to come forward.
