County Hall, Oxford to be marketed on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council

County Hall is being promoted for sale, as a prime freehold location which is likely to attract interest due to its central location between Westgate Shopping Centre and Oxford Castle.

It offers a unique opportunity to revitalise a historic 1 acre site which encompasses County Hall and Old County Hall, comprising 91,000 sq ft of accommodation.
