The site

Currently underused as a surface level car park, with scope to better serve the station and transform this city centre gateway.

The opportunity

Repurposing this land for commercial development has the potential to support the delivery of a new station, interchange, and better connectivity by walking and cycling.

Progress

Network Rail are working with the City Council and County Council to jointly bring forward the Oxford Station Masterplan Project. A delivery strategy, including options for partnering will be progressed alongside.
