The opportunity

An important site for redevelopment, which offers a unique opportunity to create a mixed-use place for the benefit of the city, the university and the community.

Progress

The long-term plan to develop the site into a new innovation district is being led by Oxford University Development (OUD), the joint venture between Oxford University and Legal & General.

Discussions are taking place with landowners at Osney Mead and in addition, OUD has appointed a team to undertake a feasibility exercise to understand the site’s future potential to deliver a mixed use development.
